Hi. I’m Elizabeth Patricia DiAlto Figueroa.
After many years of training, studying, apprenticing, working, creating, and doing my own healing and liberation work, it’s beyond satisfying to embrace and carry just two labels that decribe both “what I do” and “who I am” : Mystic and Medicine Woman.
A lil bio:
Imagine a cross between Mary Poppins, Rafiki, and Eartha Kitt. That’s not exactly who I am, but the dearest people in my life would tell you, it’s pretty damn close!
I’m also a proud elder/geriatric millennial hailing from the late 1900s, and a voracious student of movement and the body, the healing arts, relational cosmologies, spirituality, human behavior, pleasure activism, the erotic, and the unseen.
I’ve developed everything offered here over 23 years of guiding, leading, training, and caring for students and clients all over the world across a few different industries.
Nothing you’ll find here is theory alone. As a neurodivergent person, feeling, knowing, and understanding everything through my own brain, body, bones, intuitive capacities, and experience is the deepest part of every offering.
If it has to do with your soul, your spirit, your most powerful gifts, talents, expression, contribution, and relationships, OR self-trust, healing, wholeness, getting free, and connecting to something bigger than all of us—I’m about it.

I’m also super proud of my show, Embodied with Elizabeth DiAlto, which I started for fun in 2015 without any expectations. To date, it has ~ 4million downloads, and even with a two-year hiatus, is still ranked in the top .5% of podcasts worldwide!!

Imagine living in a world rooted in sacredness instead of separation
Separation from sacredness is the root of much of the world’s suffering, trauma, and indignity.
When we’re connected to the sacredness within ourselves and all of life, it becomes much easier and more natural to make choices that honor, respect, protect, and include people, and much harder to make choices that oppress, abuse, or violate them.
This and a bone-deep belief that if our suffering serves systems of oppression and domination, our flourishing cannot help but serve our collective healing & liberation is the governing ethos of everything I do.
“We contain multitudes” isn’t just a cute saying. IT’S A COSMIC TRUTH. And refusing to engage with and embrace our WHOLENESS perpetuates suffering and separation.
